Exchanges and Returns Policy

Our Policy: 

Avery and Aiden will gladly exchange or refund items within 14 days of purchase with an original receipt. Items must be in their original state: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and must have all original tags attached as the item was received.

All Avery and Aiden merchandise may be retuned or exchanged with the original receipt within 14 days after receiving the package. All returned merchandise will be refunded the original form of payment. If your exchange is past the the 14 day exchange and return policy, Avery and Aiden will not be able to offer you an exchange or refund.

Returned merchandise that was originally paid for by alternate tenders (i.e. Gift Certificates etc.) other than cash, debit or credit card will receive an exchange or refund in the form of a store credit onto an Avery and Aiden gift card. Cash will not be issued. 

To protect our customers from fraudulent activity, Avery and Aiden reserves the right to request valid photo ID for the purposes of validating customer information when processing a return or exchange.

All sale items are final sale. 

Avery and Aiden will only replace items if items are defective or have been damaged. How to Return or Exchange: 

The following information must to process your return or exchange:

  1. First & Last Name 
  2. Order Number
  3. Phone Number 
  4. Email Address (if used to place your order)

Please pack and seal your return securely using an insured carrier service. Your shipment must be sent prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. 

Return Shipping Cost: All customers will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs for returned item(s). All shipping costs are non-refundable. If shipping an item or items over $75.00, please consider using a reliable shipping service that offers shipping insurance and a tracking number. Avery and Aiden is not responsible and will not guarantee a returned item or items if not received.

Returns for Orders Placed with a Credit Card or PayPal: 

For refunds, we only credit the original method of payment used to make the purchase. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Credit Card: Once item(s) are received, a refund will immediately be sent to the issuing bank for processing. Generally, this can take up to 7 days depending on the banking institution.

PayPal: If PayPal balance or bank account was used, the amount will immediately be refunded back to your PayPal account once the item(s) are received.
